Affordable Workspaces to Grow Your Business
Searching for Flexible Workspaces? Find them at Ad Hoc!
Are you an entrepreneur or charity in need of affordable, flexible office space or a event space? Ad Hoc offers the perfect solution for you!
What is Ad Hoc Workspace?
Ad Hoc protects vacant commercial properties on behalf of their owners—keeping them secure, active and well maintained. Some of these spaces are made available as affordable, temporary workspaces for individuals, small businesses, creatives, charities and start-ups.
Workspace occupation gives you access to unique spaces like former offices, retail units or studios affordably. In return, your presence helps protect the property from deterioration, squatting and antisocial behaviour. Agreements are simple and flexible, based on a rolling 28-day notice period. That means you can set up, work, and grow without long-term risk or overheads.
If you’re looking for an affordable and flexible place to work, Ad Hoc Workspace offers a practical solution.

Your Space, Your Way
Commercial Occupation
Workspace Occupation
Workspace occupation is suited to individuals or teams looking for a place to work that isn’t tied to a long contract. These spaces are often found in vacant offices or unused parts of commercial sites and can be used for admin, remote work, light production or community activity. It offers a flexible, affordable option for those who need space to focus, meet or build something new.
Creative Occupation
Creative occupation gives artists, makers and collectives temporary access to spaces for studios, workshops or rehearsal rooms. These are often found in buildings awaiting redevelopment and can support a range of creative practices. It’s a flexible way to create and collaborate without long-term costs or contracts.
Charity Occupation
Charity occupation offers registered charities and non-profits the opportunity to temporarily use vacant buildings for meaningful initiatives. These spaces can be used in a variety of ways, depending on what the organisation needs. It’s a purposeful way to put unused space to good use while supporting causes that matter.
