Flexible Arrangements

Guardians benefit from a 28-day notice period, while property owners have a 31-day notice period, ensuring flexibility for everyone involved.
Ad Hoc Property Manager
Not all properties and land are suitable for Property Guardianship. For those that are uninhabitable or to complement your Guardian plan, Ad Hoc Security provides a comprehensive range of traditional security services.
We offer temporary and permanent security solutions tailored to all types of vacant and occupied sites, including CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control Systems and Physical Protections.
